Green Tourism Business Scheme

The Green Tourism Business Scheme is a proven, tourism industry specific, marketing and accreditation scheme that enables tourism businesses, such as attractions and accommodation, to improve both their financial and environmental performance. Through the scheme a business receives an operational audit of its activities which identifies where environmental improvements can be made and the financial benefits of doing so (these are usually significant). Businesses receive a gold, silver or bronze grading which can then be used for promotional purposes, and which is also promoted by TMP and on the GTBS website.
