Profit Through Productivity

The 'Profit Through Productivity' programme is an initiative developed by employers to meet business needs. It seeks to help successful small/medium sized tourism businesses to perform better by growing faster, finding new business and making more profits. The initiative is delivered by Hospitality and Leisure Manpower (www.halm.co.uk) on behalf of the tourism and leisure industry's Best Practice Forum, which comprises of the main industry employer associations.

The programme involves business mentoring via an experienced and accredited HaLM business coach, and allows businesses to undergo a comprehensive performance and improvement 'health check' and to benchmark against similar businesses' performance in order to identify performance targets. It also enables one to one on site aftercare during the implementation of the business improvement plan.
