PLEASE NOTE: Self-catering properties, and serviced accommodation sleeping up to 6 guests, will no longer be exempt from requiring fire certificates under new fire regulations published by VisitBritain. Instead, the onus will be on the operator to carry out a fire safety risk assessment.
