Liverpool Serviced Apartment Group

The Mersey Partnership (TMP) - as the Official Tourist Board for Liverpool & Merseyside - are seeing a marked increase in the number of serviced apartments coming on to the accommodation market for short-term visitor lets.

Whilst this is a welcome addition to the choice of accommodation for visitors, we are keen to explore with letting agents and property owners how we can ensure this new sector develops according to best practice.

Some apartments have dedicated management companies; others are smaller independent operators. All would benefit from the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas.

TMP has therefore set up the Serviced Apartment Group to facilitate this interaction. The Group meet on a monthly basis to discuss any issues affecting apartment owners, as well as providing the opportunity for operators to meet each other and share ideas. Notes from meetings of the Group will appear on this page shortly after each meeting.
