Halton Business and Tourism Awards 2011

Halton’s leading lights in the business and tourism sectors were recognised at a glittering awards ceremony held at The Holiday Inn, Runcorn on Friday 25th February.

Dozens of local businesses plus staff employed in the borough’s tourism industry were nominated in the 10 categories of the Halton Business and Tourism Awards 2011.

Supported by Halton Borough Council, Runcorn & Widnes Tourism Business Network and Halton Chamber of Commerce joined together to reward, for the third year running, those that excel in their roles within Halton's tourism sector, together with those who are outstanding within their local business community.

The business winners were selected through an open online poll organised by Halton Chamber of Commerce and the tourism award winners were decided by an independent panel of judges.
