Southport Ambassador Awards 2009

The Southport Ambassador Awards for 2009 took place Tuesday, March 24th, 2009 at the Southport Theatre & Convention Centre.

The prestigious Southport 'Ammies' aims to recognise and reward those in the tourism, hospitality, leisure and retail sectors who work hard to give exceptional service to the public. More than 300 guests attended the event where winners of a variety of categories were announced on the night.

With nearly 800 nominations received this year, the high standard of entries was proof of the quality of the people who work in Southport's hotels, restaurants, bars, shops and leisure venues.
