TMP Launches Programme for International Visitor Hosts

The Mersey Partnership (TMP) is launching an initiative to train designated hosts to greet international visitors as part of its Destination Welcome.

Liverpool City Region’s popularity with overseas visitors continues to grow thanks to its rich cultural heritage, stylish hotels and world-class events, and TMP is working to further strengthen the overall visitor experience.

International Visitor Hosts will complete a programme co-ordinated by TMP – the Official Tourist Board for Liverpool City Region – and will then be accredited to work with overseas groups and individuals in roles such as meet and greet, tour hosts and guided tours.
