Paesano head chef wins Wirral Chefs Shine Award

Richard Fox, the head chef at Paesano, at The Leverhulme Hotel in Port Sunlight, picked up the title of Wirral Chefs Shine 2010 and accompanying honour of being awarded Wirral Chef of the Year.
