Raymond Blanc chooses Liverpool for new restaurant

Chef Raymond Blanc has confirmed he is opening a Brasserie Blanc at Mann Island in Liverpool city centre. A small chain of restaurants, Brasserie Blanc will be the only one in the North West and will be situated in a ground floor waterside setting close to Pier Head and the new Museum of Liverpool.
