Double Celebrations for Catalyst

There was cause for double celebrations for Catalyst staff when they scooped not one, but two awards in the Halton Business and Tourism Awards Celebrations at the Holiday Inn, Runcorn recently.

Sue Halliday, Catalyst’s Education Manager won the award in the Outstanding Customer Service category and Meryl Jameson, Marketing Officer won the Unseen Hero Award, both beating off stiff competition.

Judging the Outstanding Customer Service Award, Katy Moussada a tourism training consultant commented that with three extremely worthy entrants for this category, the judging decision was made very difficult and a very close call. “Sue showed a heightened awareness of both excellence in service delivery at all times as well as creating ‘customers for life’.”
