TMP destination marketing welcomed by City Region Visitor Economy partners

TMP has launched a host of marketing initiatives costing more than £350,000 to boost the number of short break visitors to Liverpool City Region over the summer and autumn.

Activity includes a national advertising campaign on the London Underground and in national media titles, an online campaign, an events guide and visitor publications, plus specific initiatives to attract midweek visitors.

Funding for the campaigns and related activity is generated by a combination of TMP Membership income, sponsorship and other commercial income and European funding.

The print and online campaign features stunning images depicting the destination’s diverse appeal to visitors. It has featured in national newspaper supplements and key lifestyle publications including Condé Nast Traveller, Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Mail On Sunday’s You Magazine and the London Evening Standard’s ES Magazine.
