Business Performance

We deliver a comprehensive service designed to monitor the performance of the tourism industry in the Northwest.

We need the co-operation of all tourism businesses in the region to ensure that we understand how the tourism economy is performing and how we can tailor our business support to help our industry perform even better.

All participants in the research programme are eligible to receive copies of the final reports. With these reports, the performance of individual businesses can be compared to average performance within the industry.
