Liverpool Welcome

The Liverpool City Region is famed for the warmth of its hospitality and the friendliness of its people but do you know how much you can increase the enjoyment of our visitors by your knowledge of what our destination has to offer.

Liverpool Welcome is a highly interactive workshop where participants improve and enhance their ‘must know’ visitor information and their levels of service and visitor interaction. Workshops take place at TMP’s offices and can also be delivered in house.

This new, fun and interactive programme is designed for tourism and hospitality customer facing staff to instil an in-depth destination awareness of the essence of the Liverpool City Region, and to enhance customer service skills. With elements including Essence of Liverpool, Essential Customer Care, and The Liverpool Knowledge participants will be able to actively promote the region and deliver a quality visitor experience.
