The Wirral Welcome will enable staff to answer the many questions about Wirral that are asked by visitors to Wirral. The workshop will highlight – what is so special about the area, how to develop and impart your Wirral knowledge and how to create marvellous memories of the Wirral which will enhance the visitor experience. By attending and participating in the workshop you will improve and enhance
