It is essential that we have staff in the tourism and hospitality industries equipped to deliver a World class service as we strive to make the Liverpool City Region a World class destination over the next few years. Businesses need to invest to attract and retain the best staff, promote training as a key part of personal development and equip their staff with the knowledge and skills needed to do their job - and do it well!

At The Mersey Partnership, we have a raft of skills initiatives to encourage businesses to take training and skills development seriously.
