Recruitment For Success

Recruitment for Success is a free recruitment service for Merseyside businesses. We take the risk out of recruitment by listening to what you want, getting a selection of candidates job-ready over a short intensive period, with the skills, qualifications and attitudes you ask for, including 'employability skills', and letting you see candidates perform in a work trial before they are offered a contract of employment or put on the payroll. This service is delivered in partnership between Liverpool Community College and Knowsley Community College.
